Zlínstav a.s. Zlín

The company Zlínstav, a.s. Zlín (joint stock company), which is being one from the most important building companies of region Zlín, was established in year 1990 and the shareholders of it are the Czech citizens and 99 % from them are as the employee of our company as well.

The fixed assets in the establishment time of company were 930 thousand CZK and the turnover in the first year of company activities has achieved the amount of 16 millions CZK. In the time period of first 10 year of activity the turnover has been increased approximately on 1 milliard 800 millions CZK and the company has reached the position among 20 the most important building companies in Czech Republic and this position is being kept by our company until today.

The company is being managed from town Zlín, where is the seat of company management. Because the company is acting not only in Moravia and Silesia, but also in the Bohemia (partly in the other European countries), has established its Works in the other towns of Czech Republic as well. Despite the company specialisation, which is being the building production technology of monolithic concrete, we can met the results of successful activity of company in the construction of land objects, of industrial and engineering construction, in the construction and constructional modification of hospitals, in the bounds of environmental structures construction, eventually in the historic structures reconstructions and in the reparation and maintenance of constructional fund.
